Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) has been awarded a project worth around AED 600 million ($163 million) to expand Lake Manzala in Egypt.

The project will be implemented in partnership with Al-Tahadi Egyptian-Emirati Co in the upcoming two years, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Thursday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in early September, NMDC has made an initial approval to the offer of the National Petroleum Construction Company's (NPCC) shareholders for acquisition.
